Q: Are there any Travel Restrictions to the USA from Mexico or other countries?

A: Please verify all requirements prior to traveling. As of August 14, 2023, a Visa and a valid Passport is required to enter the United States. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test is not required for entry into the United States. Refer to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Q: When can I buy tickets?

A: Tickets will go on sale Thursday, December 1, 2023 at 8:00am and will be available until Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 8:00am.

Q: Can I specifically request a king room or a two-bed room? 

​

A: The entire block of rooms are  set to rooms with two Queen beds.  If you would like to request a King, please make your room reservation and call in to add your special request or call 682-277-4900 to book with our group (ASH424 - ASHRAE 2024 Chapter and Regional Conference Region VIII) and indicate your request over the phone.

Q: I want to check in on Wednesday night, but it is not available.

 

A: Our room block is currently full for Wednesday night. Please email our team at crc@dallas-ashrae.org as we are gathering an interest list for those nights and can potentially open up more rooms to be reserved.

Q: How do I select which dates for the hotel stay?

A: At the top of the booking link, click the red dates to change your stay dates.

Q: If I want to attend only the Engineering Summit & Expo but not the CRC, can I register here?

A: Please visit the Dallas Chapter of ASHRAE website to register for only the Engineering Summit & Expo.
