Arriving by Air
Airport Options

The DFW Metroplex is served by two major airports:

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is approximately 17 minutes away from the hotel by car.

Dallas Love Field (DAL) is approximately 30 minutes away from the hotel by car.

We recommend checking flight options from your home airport to both airports. DFW is a hub for American Airlines; and DAL is hub for Southwest Airlines. These carriers may offer favorable fares and scheduling options.
Getting From Airport to Hotel

To get to the conference hotel, we recommend using a rideshare service. This is the lowest carbon-emission option. The most popular services in Dallas are Uber, Lyft, and Alto; Uber offers Uber Green to connect you with hybrid and fully electric vehicles for your ride.

Rental cars are available at both airports. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Once you arrive at the hotel, take advantage of our discounted valet parking rate of $28 per day. On-site self-parking is $28 per day and no in/out privileges.

Unfortunately, shuttle services are not provided by the conference hotel and public transportation options are limited.
Arriving by Car
Considerations for Vehicles
Chapters are strongly encouraged to carpool.

Help us reduce the carbon footprint of the conference by planning to share your ride with a fellow conference attendee. By sharing a ride with one or more people, you can significantly reduce the number of cars on the road, which in turn reduces the number of carbon emissions released into the atmosphere. Carpooling can also save you money on fuel costs and help reduce traffic congestion. According to a study by the International Transport Forum (ITF), carpooling has the potential to reduce global emissions by as much as 11%.
